How DEMC handles your information

What we collect. What you put in the form: name, phone, email, town or county, your electric provider if you tell us, and what you're interested in. If you call or text us, we keep those messages.

Why. To answer your request, set up a site visit, and follow up about it. That's all.

Who sees it. DEMC and the small team that helps us with marketing and scheduling, plus the software we use to track requests and send messages. Everyone and everything on that list is there to serve your request, not to sell to you for someone else.

What we don't do. We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't buy lists. We don't text people who didn't ask.

How to stop hearing from us. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us "please don't contact me" by phone or email at hello@demcsolar.com. We honor it the same day and keep only a note that says not to contact you.

How long we keep it. If we never do business together, we delete your request after [12] months. If we do, we keep the records a job needs for as long as the warranty and the law require.
